O2 Learning and Development wanted the freedom to film their own staff and create engaging short films. They needed 30 internal staff to be trained.
We held 3 x 1-day masterclasses to teach staff the fundamentals of film-making. This included planning, interviews and the basics of filming.
The training allowed staff to be self-sufficient, film interviews and produce short films for the O2 business.
O2 HR were trying to highlight the benefits they provide for employees. They also wanted to recruit more employees into their HR division.
We proposed a series of short films where employees explained the benefits. The result? Employee take-up increased from 25.1% to 33.5% in 2017.
