Aviva wanted to highlight the importance of security, data protection, ethics and mental health within their business. Their previous compliance training had been dry and uninspiring, so the challenge was to make it memorable.
A pirate walking through reception, a difficult conversation overheard by an employee, the whole office looking at you for leaving your computer unlocked – these were the types of emotional cue points used. We produced short 30-second dramas based on mistakes made by employees.
The Aviva Leadership Accelerator programme was developed to give leaders the skills and insights to help grow the business. This face-to-face event was attended by the top 250 leaders at Aviva.
The event included some experiential learning where leaders were taken to the 2012 Olympic rowing park and taught how to row professionally.
Armed with 5 crew and a drone, we filmed the rowing event and edited overnight, ready to present the next morning.
The film captured the drama and comedy which helped to break down barriers between teams.
We filmed the whole conference and edited short, bitesize performance films to go on their internal portal.
The Faculty of Machine Learning was set up to act as a best practice hub for data scientists. They wanted to communicate the benefits of the hub across Aviva.
We created a futuristic animation to explain what the team did, the importance of customer data and the benefits of machine learning to the insurance industry.
The film was shown at events and printed on brochures and T-shirts.
