How do you train staff across multiple countries to give them the power to create films while keeping the costs low?
BP wanted their staff to create films on any device or camera. They approached us to come up with a viable solution.
The solution
Instead of running face-to-face training, which would be costly, we delivered 7 training films covering the basics of scripting, filming and editing.
The videos were uploaded to The Hub – BP’s worldwide learning portal. The site got 6000+ views per month.
