The solution
We shot more than 50 performance support films at Johnson & Johnson offices in the UK and US.
Leaders were asked to talk about trust, teams, events in their life that changed them, mistakes made and the challenges of leadership.
The end result allowed leaders to hear about experiences of their peers and get advice.
